At a meeting in Tavistock, Steve identified a way in which a client could get his re-mortgage, thus putting his family on a much firmer financial footing. Steve says, “Looking forward is so much better than looking backward.”

We’ve saved a potential client over £2,000, by restructuring a deal that our client was proposing, to take over her business. That person has now become our client as well!
At a meeting on Friday, Steve identified a saving of over £10,000 per year for a client, which made his day after a difficult and unhappy meeting with someone earlier on. He left our offices with a spring in his step, and a smile on his face! Result!!
We helped lots of our clients meet the tax credit renewal deadline last week, helping their families secure their entitlement for another year. Now HMRC have deferred the deadline for another week, to reflect the industrial action that disrupted their services recently. Happily, we don’t need it, as our clients are all sorted!
